Our guides are digital PDF products, available immediately after purchase.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the download has begun, subject to your explicit consent and acknowledgement of the loss of this right. A confirmation box is displayed before any download.
Refunds on a case-by-case basis
We always aim to resolve the issue first, for example by resending the link or providing a corrected file. A refund may be granted in the following situations:
• File not downloaded, if no download has been made within 14 days of purchase, upon request.
• Defective file, if a persistent technical problem prevents normal use even after a corrected version has been sent.
Support in case of technical issues
If something prevents you from accessing your file, such as an inactive link, corrupted file, or delivery error, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@pdfproguides.com and include your name, the email used, and your order number. We reply within 48 business hours. We will resend a working download link or offer store credit of an equivalent value if needed.
Legal warranty
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Digital content is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code.
