1. Purpose
PDF Pro Guides sells digital guides (PDF ebooks) focused on well-being, personal organization, and mental clarity. Products are delivered exclusively by electronic means after payment.
2. License of use
Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right of use. Any reproduction, resale, public sharing, making available, or distribution (including in private groups) without written authorization is prohibited.
3. Delivery
Delivery is instant after payment confirmation, via a download link displayed on the confirmation page and/or sent by email. If you experience any issue accessing the file, contact us at: support@pdfproguides.com.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. The order is considered accepted once payment has been confirmed.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
In accordance with Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the download has begun, subject to your explicit consent and acknowledgement of the loss of this right.
If a technical issue prevents access to the file (inactive link, corrupted file, delivery error), please write to us within 7 days at support@pdfproguides.com. We will resend a working link or offer store credit of an equivalent value if needed. You can also consult our Refund policy.
6. Personal data
Your information is used to process your order and, with your consent, for our communications. For more details or to exercise your rights, please see our Privacy policy.
7. Intellectual property
The content, texts, visuals, and layout of the guides remain the property of PDF Pro Guides and/or its authors. Any unauthorized use may give rise to legal action.
8. Limitation of liability
The information provided is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical or professional advice. PDF Pro Guides cannot be held liable for any misinterpretation or inappropriate use of the content.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In case of dispute and if no amicable solution can be found, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The version that applies is the one online on the day of the order. We encourage you to review them regularly.
